By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
TradeAI Ireland compares trade tool prices across third-party retailers, provides AI-assisted recommendations, and offers productivity tools for tradespeople. Prices and stock levels are provided by retailers and refreshed regularly, but may be out of date at the moment of purchase.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 16 or over. One person or business per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Paid plans
Paid features are billed in advance, non-refundable except where required by Irish consumer law, and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
6. Affiliate relationships
We may earn commission when you buy through outbound links. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Intellectual property
All product, brand and retailer names are trademarks of their respective owners. Our software, content, AI outputs and design are the property of TradeAI Ireland.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
